Day 8 – A song to match your moodBob Marley, "Three little birds"
Maybe it doesn't match my mood but rather I'm just singing it to myself over and over and over again until I believe it :)

Day 7

*I really need to be more diligent about this 30 day challenge or it's gonna take me forever. I mean...it's already taken me 3 weeks and I'm only on day 7! SHEESH!

Day 7 – Your dream wedding
My dream wedding...I don't ever remember being one of those little girls that would get so excited about marriage and have every little details planned out to the T before I was even old enough to date (then, obviously, making much needed changes as time went on). Instead I always just thought that as long as I was madly in love with a hot man, was at the temple, had family/friends there, and had a small/casual reception I would be set. And guess what....that's EXACTLY what my wedding was like! :) So yes, my dream wedding was my wedding!

I had my hot man that I was and am madly in love withWe were at the templeWe had TONS of family/friends thereAnd had a small/casual reception
I love how this picture captures just how casual and relaxed it was :)

And there were SO many other bonuses that I got to have that I never could have dreamed would have made my wedding that much more perfect!

My cake (made by my amazing mom by the way)My bouquet (LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!)
My shoes :)My dress
(don't mind the tongue, lol)My colors/decorationsAnd seeing my very sick Grandpa Hunter (my hero) in the temple minutes before my marriage! It was by far the best suprise I could have had that day!
The one thing I would change.....the record setting heat that day! It was hot!

Day 3

Day 3 – Your idea of the perfect first date.
Well...I'm not really sure what my idea of the perfect first date would be so I'll just tell you about Dillon and I's first date, because I think that was pretty perfect! :) It all started WAY back in October of 2007 (wow that sounds like a LONG time ago! lol) in Rexburg Idaho. Dillon had finally summoned up enough courage to ask me to go with him and a bunch of his friends to Guitars Unplugged that weekend. Of course I said yes and by the time the weekend came it was no longer a group thing but really a double date with one of his friends and my poor roommate that I dragged into it (thanks Georgie! :) The night of the date arrived and Dillon and his friend came to pick us up and we walked over to the show. A group of girls from my ward were actually there and sitting a few rows in front of us and snapped this picture! Well besides being very hot and claustrophobic in the auditorium, Guitars was a lot of fun. After it was over we decided we needed some ice cream so we headed over to Cold Stone. We got our ice cream then sat in the car and ate and talked (lol...not sure why we sat in the car, but we did). When our ice cream was gone, or close, we headed back to mine and Georgie's apartment to watch a movie. We decided on Ice Age.
*Now....this is where the great debate comes in. This next part of the story is different depending on if you ask Dillon or me what happened next. But I'll tell you what REALLY happened! :)*
What REALLY happened next was Dillon grabbed my unsuspecting hand that I had been keeping to myself and held it for the rest of the movie. :) Our night ended with a constant "DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS??" from our crazy nazi roommate as curfew came and went (dang church schools anyways!) and we finally ended the movie early and said goodbye to shut her up. We hugged goodbye and as soon as the door closed Georgie and I were freaking out like the immature college girls we were. I was SO excited (and surprised) that he held my hand and Georgie was just SO excited that the date was over! Yes...it wasn't her most favorite date but I really can't blame her, Dillon's friend was a little strange! :)

......And the rest is history!

Day 2

Day 2 – A photo of something you ate todayThe principal at the school I work at likes to leaves treats (usually peanut m&m's) in a bowl in the teacher lounge for all of us to snack on throughout the day. Well the other day I was walking past him in the hall and he asked me who was eating all of the m&m's. I told him I was (just jokin around of course cuz I know I wasn't eating ALL of them, just my fair share! :) Well the next day he came into our room, walked over to the table that I was working at (while I was lecturing a little boy about his attitude problem and how he needed to loose the "tude" and let me help him with his reading so he can be a better reader) and plopped a whole bowl of m&m's in front of me and without sayin a word, turned and left the room! lol....man did I ever feel like a little piggy! So today I ate LOTS of m&m's since now I don't have to walk all the way down the hall I just have to take a few steps to the other side of the room! :)
